Dunstable Town Cricket Club are seeking sponsors and donors for the 2012 season.

Voted the best facilities in the Herts League and Beds League for many years, here's your chance to share in that success. We can offer the chance for you and your business to create a great opening partnership with the leading cricket club in Bedfordshire and the Chilterns.

In addition to 8 senior sides at weekends, we run a wide variety of cricket sides for young players in different age groups. As well as regular training and coaching sessions, the Colts compete in league matches including the very successful Lancot Trophies competition (Dunstable yet to win). 

The Colts set-up at Dunstable has been a very successful one over many years, breading two England players; Tim Robinson (Notts & England) and Monty Panesar. Most recently Robbie Keogh is now playing in the Northants squad.

So just what can we offer ? Well we have a variety of packages available to suit all budgets and needs. Here are just a few ideas - you will have others:

We can offer you the chance to sponsor a web page for a week, month, or all season. We can link your own website to ours or just display your telephone number if you want people to call.

The site has now clocked up over 100,000 genuine hits in the last 10 years growing by around 200 hits per week, you can be sure that your name will be seen by both players and serious cricket lovers alike. The website link comes free with all sponsorships.

Cricket Balls

For just £30 per game, you can sponsor the match balls on any day. We will include your name in our press report, and in the clubhouse during the day.

We will also place an acknowledgement notice on this website with a weblink to your site from the time you sign up to the end of the season.

Match Sponsorship

For a slightly larger investment why not consider sponsoring just a weekend, or a month of cricket.

Prices starting at £60 this is a great way to get longer coverage than just a match.

We will place an acknowledgement on the website and in the Clubhouse during the period. 

Sponsor a Barrel of Beer or a months beer

You could be the toast of the Club by donating a barrel of beer, or sponsoring a months beer.

Priced from around £100 for a barrel of beer, your donation will raise over twice that for the Club through it's sale.

Why not sponsor a special barrel of real ale eg Shepherd Neame Spitfire. Go on, order up a squadron today.

Raffle Prizes

If you don't have access to cash right now, why not donate raffle prizes to help raise Club funds ? 

We will be holding a number of raffles in the year and really would welcome your donations.
We would acknowledge your contribution to the Club on the website and within the Club.

Nat West Cricket Force Weekend

Each year for the last 6 years, the Club has organised a cricket force weekend, usually in March or April as a way of getting the Clubhouse and grounds ready for the coming season.  This year is no exception; it's on the 31st March 2012.

We are always looking for sponsors who could help us with donations of paints, teak oil, cleaning materials, wood, screws, nails, bolts, equipment - just about anything infact.  Or you might like to come down and help with painting, cleaning on the day.

If you are able to help with any of these things, we'd love to hear from you.

The scorebox is the most prestigious space for advertising your business.

Looked at by everyone on the ground many, many times during the game, this is THE place to get your business noticed.  

Can be on an Exclusive or shared basis.

Advertising Boards

Alternatively why not take a perimeter advertising board on the Lancot Park main ground ?  Your name could also appear in the background of action photographs published in the local press, and of course it would appear on our websites.
Lancot Park will be host again to some Minor Counties cricket in 2012.

Lancot Trophies - Event Sponsorship

Following the success of the this fantastic prestigious Colts cricket event over the last 6 years, we are already planning for the 2012 event.  

During the day two leagues of U10 and U12 colts sides from Club sides in Herts and Beds. It's always a great day.

This is a great event for a sponsor and would really help us provide the Colts teams with another great day of cricket and fun.

Youth And Grass Roots Cricket
We run many Colts teams and provide coaching through qualified cricket coaches.

Why not help us support grass roots cricket through a donation of kit to help the Colts teams, or money towards new net matting, kwik cricket sets, or clik cricket mats etc.

Really get noticed.

How about putting your name on our playing shirts or club tracksuits, caps, , Sunday League Clothing, Training Kit, Colts Kit, Polo Shirts, Sweaters, Umbrellas ?  

Ground Equipment
Having the best facilities in Herts and Beds is only possible if we continue to invest in the upkeep of the ground and equipment.

Lots of games inevitably means wear and tear of our equipment and we need to find some replacement covers very soon, as the existing ones are 19 years old now.

Your name /logo would appear on the new covers, and be seen by all ground visitors (and of course the glider pilots and airline passengers approaching Luton International above). Clearly this would be a more significant investment but with a potential life of 20 years !

From training days, to corporate events the whole club awaits you. Car parking for 100 cars.

Donations
The most simple and very effective way for helping the Club. We are seeking donations towards the cost of the indoor nets repairs and the re-laying of the outdoor nets too. No amount is too small and all donations will be gratefully received.   You may also want to donate equipment or materials rather than cash if you wish.

Ground Sponsorship
We could change the name of the Ground to
"[Your Name] Lancot Park".

This would obviously be a much more substantial sponsorship deal and probably for a medium term, which should see your name featuring regularly in the local press.

Additionally as we often stage Bedfordshire Minor Counties games and County Colts games , your name would get an even wider coverage including national press, and international websites.
