CONGRATULATION TO CLARA THAKER

A huge congratulations to our very own Clara Thaker, on being named in the England Women's Under 19 squad for their series against Australia and Sri Lanka.

England Women U19s have flown out for six games, one 50-over game and two T20s against both the hosts and Sri Lanka. Clara took her first England wicket against Australia, finishing with figures of 1/33 in 7.4 overs during the opening 50- over match. (Watch it here: Facebook)

Clara has advanced from our Colts programme to playing in our men's teams, is part of the Northamptonshire CCC's Steelbacks Women’s 2026 Squad and Essex Women’s Academy. Between all the cricket she also finds time to complete her “A” Levels.
