Fireworks Policy

• Children aged 12 & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18. Free admission for under 2yrs. 

• Please do not bring any dangerous items with you, including flares, fireworks, sparklers, Chinese lanterns, or lasers.

• Dogs and other pets are not permitted on fireworks night.

• No food or drink to be brought into the ground.

Cancellation & Refund Policy / Cricket Wet Weather Policy

• All match day and event tickets are sold on the basis of being non-refundable, whether the ticket holder attends the match / event or not.

• If the event is cancelled before the event has started, refunds will be issued at the ticket face value, on production of a valid original ticket. Click the link to see our full T&C's.

• For cricket events, if less than 10 overs are bowled in total, excluding reduced-overs results, then a full refund will be offered.

• To apply for a refund, please forward a copy of your order confirmation email to dunstabletowncc.events@gmail.com

• The Wet Weather Policy does not apply to complimentary or free tickets.

Ground Regulations  (extract)

• By entering the ground, all persons are acknowledging that photographs or audio-visual recordings may be taken of them, and may be used for any safety or security, promotional, training, or marketing purposes by DTCC and/or the ECB (including commercial partners and accredited media organisations) and entry into the Ground constitutes consent to such use.

• All persons must comply with instructions and directions given by Club Officials and Stewards.

• DTCC reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, or eject any person from the ground.

• All vehicles on DTCC grounds are parked at the owner’s risk and parking cannot be guaranteed. Vehicles must not be left overnight. Vehicles must always adhere to 5mph speed restrictions and to the traffic management plan when in place.

• DTCC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or injury to persons whilst on DTCC's premises.
